Agricultural Farm Manager responsible for overseeing daily agricultural operations in the eastern region, ensuring effective resource utilization and adherence to best agricultural practices, with development and implementation of crop management plans, monitoring crop health, soil conditions, and weather patterns to improve productivity, managing farm staff, training, supervising, and promoting safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, maintaining accurate records of production, labor, and expenses, and preparing regular reports for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with local regulations and environmental standards, coordinating with suppliers and vendors to obtain high-quality seeds, fertilizers, and agricultural equipment, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implementing innovative agricultural techniques, and applying through the announced application channel of the entity. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field
