Senior Horticulturist

Job description

You will lead horticultural practices and provide expertise in cultivating various plant species. Your knowledge and skills will help design and implement effective growing strategies, enhancing quality and sustainability. You will work closely with other professionals to ensure all horticultural activities meet standards of excellence and innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or equivalent
• 10 years of experience in gardening, landscaping, agriculture or equivalent
• at least 8 years of experience in horticulture, gardening or plantations
• proficient in Excel
• experience with Integrated Pest Management
• knowledge of nursery operations, planting, spraying, cultivating, harvesting and processing
• ability to guide and train staff on latest agricultural technologies.
