Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and experienced Farm Manager to join our client and oversee agricultural operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural practices, crop management and team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker who can enhance productivity while maintaining sustainable practices. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily farm operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to best agricultural practices. Develop and implement crop management plans, including planting, irrigation, fertilization and pest control schedules. Monitor and evaluate crop health, soil conditions and weather patterns to improve productivity. Manage and train farm staff, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork and continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records of production, labor and expenditures, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality seeds, fertilizers and equipment. Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvement in farming techniques. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, horticulture or related field. Minimum - 5 years of farm management experience or similar role. Understanding Strong agronomy, soil science and agricultural machinery. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
