Job description

A job opportunity as an Odoo Human Resources Management System Administrator at POF Trading (Piece of Fabric) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Requires a bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field. Must have strong knowledge of Odoo ERP system, administration and configuration, as well as knowledge of HR, Administration and Operations modules. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications and possess strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. You must have good communication skills in English, in addition to knowledge of Arabic. One of the main responsibilities is to manage and configure Odoo modules for HR, Administration and Operations, and maintain employee data, absence, leave, approvals and operational data within the Odoo system

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP system, administration and configuration
• Knowledge of HR, administration and operations modules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Knowledge of the Arabic language
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain system data accuracy.
