Experience Designer

Job description

This role aims to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional experiences across our digital platforms, leveraging your expertise in customer experience principles. You will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including product management and development, to create user-centered solutions that meet our customers' needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting extensive user research, creating journey maps, developing prototypes and visual designs, and gathering user feedback to iteratively improve designs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction or a related field
• CCXP certification required
• proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• experience in designing responsive applications for various platforms (web and mobile)
• excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate with diverse teams
• proven experience in conducting user research and usability testing
• experience in creating customer journey maps and other experience design artifacts
• familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices in design
• innovative mindset with a strong focus on customer-centered solutions
