Center Director

Job description

The Center Director at the employer acts as a key change agent across Jeddah and Mecca branches, possessing comprehensive understanding of strategic healthcare, commercial planning, operations, and financial management. Contributes to developing the strategic plan and oversees its implementation while coordinating general workflow. Applies the employer policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with national and international standards including CBAHI, JCI, and CHI accreditations. Manages drug, supplies, and equipment requests according to company policies. Oversees hiring based on approved workforce plans. Monitors patient satisfaction and complaints, establishing corrective plans. Implements clinical and administrative performance indicators, identifying trends. Plans continuous education and training activities based on needs assessment. Plans and manages clinic budget, resources, and facilities. Provides reports to management and participates in local committees. Ensures center compliance with laws and regulations, providing a safe environment for patients and employees
