Smart Home Project Manager

Job description

Leads and oversees end-to-end execution of smart home projects from planning to delivery. Coordinates with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth implementation. Develops project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Monitors progress and proactively resolves issues or delays. Oversees installation, integration, and commissioning of smart home systems. Ensures compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, and client expectations. Manages risk assessment and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle. Maintains clear documentation and reporting for all activities. Provides regular updates and performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Smart Home, ELV, or technology-related projects
• prior experience in smart home systems or similar technical solutions is mandatory
• GCC experience preferred
• strong knowledge of project management methodologies and execution frameworks
• experience handling multiple stakeholders and large-scale technical projects
• strong leadership, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
• excellent communication and organizational abilities
• male candidates preferred
• experience in smart home automation, IoT systems, or ELV solutions preferred
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
• ability to work in bilingual environments (Arabic & English)
