Product Designer

Job description

Work at the employer, an AI-native CX intelligence platform. Own design problems from understanding to implementation and iteration. Turn ambiguity into clarity with Product, Engineering and Research. Design for measurable outcomes using data and customer feedback. Contribute to the design system and ensure consistency across products. Conduct usability testing and incorporate evidence into decisions. Simplify complex products—analytics, workflows, AI features, bilingual experiences—while considering RTL. Communicate design rationale to Product, Engineering and leadership. Participate in critiques and share knowledge to elevate the team.

Requirements

• skill in turning ambiguous briefs into clear questions and analysis
• think like a product designer focusing on customer, business problem, constraints and outcomes
• comfortable challenging illogical requirements with evidence
• know when to defend design decisions and when to compromise
• highly collaborative with product, engineering, research and stakeholders
• comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• genuine curiosity about user behavior and willingness to adapt designs based on evidence
• clear communication with non‑design audiences
• high standards for interaction, usability, accessibility and visual design
• 3–5 years of product design or UX/UI experience in B2B or SaaS environments
• proficient in Figma with prototyping, design systems and modern design practices
• Saudi national.
