Job description

Oversee comprehensive recruitment activities to attract qualified talent in the automotive sector. Identify and attract both national and international candidates to fill vacancies in public and private organizations. Manage recruitment processes from workforce planning and university partnerships to extending job offers in line with Saudization targets and Vision 2030

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• preferred prior experience in the automotive sector
• hands‑on experience in full‑cycle recruitment
• experience with HR systems such as MenaITech HRMS and SAP
• strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
• excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• good command of written and spoken English
• ability to manage multiple open positions and hiring priorities simultaneously
• strong follow‑up, coordination and stakeholder management skills
• end‑to‑end recruitment management
• defining and analyzing job requirements with managers
• using search tools and candidate sourcing techniques
