Job description
The role focuses on developing HR systems and managing data through a comprehensive understanding of personnel administration. Master advanced Excel reporting and design interactive dashboards. Implement ERP systems such as Jisr and ZenHR while auditing large data sets with high precision
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of HR and personnel administration systems
- full proficiency with advanced formulas XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Dynamic Arrays
- mastery of Pivot Tables
- design of Interactive Dashboards
- preparation of analytical reports
- prior practical experience with ERP systems, Jisr system, ZenHR system
- extreme accuracy in auditing and cleaning large data sets
- application of company policies
