Job description

The role combines executive leadership of the institution and leadership of arrangement activities, including distribution of foreign funds and private equity opportunities, private placement and fundraising, as well as corporate finance services and financial restructuring consulting. The role includes leading operations and daily management of the company, and executing required tasks

Requirements

• Professional experience of 5+ years in investment banking, capital markets, private equity, fund distribution, or corporate finance
• experience of 5+ years in a leadership or executive position at a regulated financial institution
• strong professional record in private placement, fund distribution, fundraising, or corporate finance deals
• strong network of relationships with institutional investors, family offices, international fund managers, and private equity companies
• good knowledge of the financial market authority and Saudi financial market systems
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• preferably within the Saudi or Gulf market or in cross-border deals
