A Kids Club/Youth Club Assistant Manager to work in Riyadh area. The Assistant Manager is the officer who supports the Executive Manager in planning and implementing departmental or unit policies and procedures. Coordinates between teams, monitors daily performance, and takes quick operational decisions to ensure business runs effectively. Acts as a link between top management and employees, contributing to improving service quality and achieving corporate objectives. Responsibilities include supporting the Executive Manager, planning and implementing policies and procedures, coordinating teams and monitoring daily performance, and making quick operational decisions
