Recreation Attendant

Job description

Provide warm, locally authentic personalized service to guests using the recreation facilities. Actively engage with guests and fulfill needs such as issuing towels, chaise lounge covers, and setting up chaise lounges and cabanas. Collect and remove used towels and debris from the pool deck throughout the day. Deliver unique guest experiences with detailed service in a luxury, upscale, fast‑paced environment. Ensure a positive first impression of the pool through cleanliness, set‑up, and ambiance control. Maintain complete knowledge of all wellness and recreation services, activities, amenities, and hotel features. Upsell and promote wellness and recreation offers to maximize revenue. Perform opening and closing duties according to standards and set the pool as per procedures. Be well‑versed in hotel fire, life safety, and emergency procedures. Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times. Perform other reasonable duties assigned by hotel management
