Job Description: The Business Unit Manager – Poultry is a leadership role responsible for achieving or exceeding financial, strategic, operational, and human resources priorities through influential people leadership and talent management. Responsibilities include developing business at the country level by working closely with key strategic customers, country operations teams, and the Country Manager, implementing pricing and promotional strategies, building high-performing teams, and establishing strong collaborative country-level account plans. The role also involves working effectively with the wider cross-functional team internally and externally, monitoring industry trends and competitor activities, participating in forecast management, and developing existing products and implementing new ones that meet customer needs and market conditions.

Requirements

• Requirements: Bachelor or University degree in any relevant field · At least 8 years of field sales experience, preferably in the Animal Health industry or related industry · Previous experience in leading and managing a large, multi-layered team · A deep understanding of the animal health industry, market trends, and business environment · Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and experience managing a team · A proven track record of inspirational and transformational leadership building and leading high-performing teams · Proven ability to identify and develop people within the team and broader organization · Ability to influence and manage in a matrix organization · Unquestionable ethics, integrity, and track record in adherence to Company compliance policies and procedures · Ability to commit to approximately 30% - 40% travel within the market · Fluent in Arabic & English.
