Job Summary: Oversee agricultural operations in Al Qassim Region, Saudi Arabia, ensuring efficient resource use and adherence to best practices. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily farm operations; develop and implement crop management plans including planting, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control; monitor crop health, soil conditions, and weather to optimize yield; manage and train farm staff promoting safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement; maintain accurate production, labor, and expense records and report to stakeholders; ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards; collaborate with suppliers for high-quality seeds, fertilizers, and equipment; identify innovation and efficiency opportunities in farming techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in farm management or similar role
• Proficient in agronomy, soil science, and farm machinery
• Proficient leadership and team management skills
• Proficient problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written
