Key Responsibilities • Operational Oversight: Assist the Public Area Manager in directing daily cleaning operations across all shared spaces, including lobbies, restaurants, elevators, and outdoor arrival areas. • Quality Assurance: Conduct frequent inspections to ensure all surfaces, furnishings, and decorative elements meet the strict Luxury Quality Assessment (LQA) standards. • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Public Area Attendants and Supervisors, fostering a culture of "heartfelt hospitality" and anticipatory service. • Program Planning: Coordinate routine and deep-cleaning programs, such as marble polishing, carpet shampooing, and special setups for VIP arrivals or events. • Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with Engineering, Front Office, and F&B to address maintenance needs or guest concerns promptly. • Resource Management: Monitor the usage and inventory of eco-friendly cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring adherence to the resort’s sustainability and safety protocols

Requirements

• Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in luxury hospitality housekeeping, with significant experience in a supervisory or assistant management role.
• Pre-Opening Expertise: Experience in pre-opening stages —including project coordination and document control—is often mandatory for this specific destination.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management systems (like Opera ) and a deep understanding of specialized cleaning techniques for high-end finishes.
• Core Attributes: A proactive, anticipatory approach, impeccable grooming, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
