The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Engineering Department Manager to lead the engineering function across our large scale dairy farming operations the employer , Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and implementing the engineering strategy to ensure the reliability, efficiency, safety and performance of critical infrastructure that supports milk production. The successful candidate will lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams responsible for electrical distribution systems, industrial refrigeration, ammonia plants, water treatment facilities, utilities, generators, and agricultural machinery. This position is based in one of the world's largest integrated dairy farming operations, located in a remote agricultural environment, approximately 100 kilometers southeast of Riyadh. The role provides a unique opportunity to lead critical engineering operations within a large scale and highly specialized agricultural and industrial environment. The role will oversee engineering projects, lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage engineering budgets and spare parts inventory, and ensure compliance with the employer's health and safety standards and international engineering best practices. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline • Professional engineering qualifications preferred • Qualification in Electrical Installation Standards (16th Edition or equivalent international standards) • Minimum 15 years of progressive engineering and maintenance experience within a large industrial environment. • Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering and maintenance teams
