Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in lifting operations, preferably in construction
• prior supervisory or leadership experience with ability to manage and motivate a team of lifting operators
• extensive knowledge of various lifting techniques and equipment including cranes, hoists, and rigging
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and lifting plans
• certifications in lifting such as CPCS or NPORS preferred
• strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• good physical condition and ability to work in demanding environments.
