As a multibillion-dollar project, it will encompass vast infrastructure development, hospitality, retail and service sectors, requiring robust procurement compliance management. The Manager - Policies and Processes is responsible for developing and maintaining standardized procurement policies and processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. This role ensures governance structures are in place, drives process improvement initiatives, and supports strategic decision-making through data insights. The role also oversees the effective communication, implementation, and training on new policies and processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Policy & Process Development · Assist in the creation, review, and standardization of procurement policies, procedures, and processes to ensure alignment with strategic goals. · Help to establish governance frameworks for policy approval, updates, and enforcement. · Identify and address gaps in existing processes, leveraging data analytics and best practices. · Use data insights to identify areas for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions. · Monitor the impact of policy and process changes on operational efficiency and compliance. 2. Compliance & Governance · Support the completion of audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established policies and processes. · Drive the implementation of standardized policies through effective communication and training programs. · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure policy compliance and adherence to organizations
