As we deepen our presence in the Kingdom, we are building a local team to deliver world-class advisory services to clients in Saudi Arabia. About the Role To lead, design, and scale the organization's licensed advisory business line in Riyadh. Reporting to the CEO, this role is a foundational hire responsible for structuring client portfolio frameworks, overseeing suitability models, and building a high-performing advisory team. This position directs the advisory function, ensuring total compliance with market conduct and client protection rules. Responsibilities 1. Advisory Governance & Suitability Suitability Frameworks: Design and oversee client risk-profiling and suitability assessment frameworks prior to issuing any advice. Portfolio Construction: Structure diversified asset allocation strategies and model portfolios, ensuring all guidance aligns with client risk boundaries. Disclosure Standards: Review and approve all advisory disclosure statements, fee structures, and conflict-of-interest logs. Policy Enforcement: Partner closely with Compliance and Risk teams to maintain a zero-breach environment across all advisory activities. 2. Business & Team Scaling Team Construction: Recruit, train, and manage a lean team of certified investment advisors as the business grows. Product Alignment: Work with regional product teams to localize the application's advisory, wealth tools, and market insight features for Saudi users. Client Engagement: Manage relationships with premium and High-Net-Worth (HNW) platform investors, providing macro market insights.
