Job description

The company operates in e‑commerce, retail, seasonal exhibitions and external production of custom seats, using the Zid system for Amazon and Trendyol platforms, a warehouse management system, ClickUp and logistics partners under a unified operations guide. Responsibilities include managing and improving the current operational system, overseeing order, shipping, inventory and delivery partner cycles, coordinating stock replenishment, supervising external production and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements

Requirements

• Proficient with Zid, Amazon, Trendyol, ClickUp
• proficient in logistics and e‑commerce operations management
• experience in warehouse and inventory management
• proficient in data analysis and root‑cause identification
• ability to work in a team
• experience in time management and prioritization
• 5+ years of experience in logistics and e‑commerce operations
