Job description

The Senior Manager - Entertainment Strategy plays a key role in shaping the strategic development of the employer's entertainment assets, supporting the Associate Director in defining and delivering the long-term vision for the entertainment portfolio. The role is responsible for leading the early planning and concept development of new entertainment destinations, ensuring alignment with the employer's strategic objectives, guest experience ambitions, and commercial targets. Key responsibilities include supporting the Associate Director, managing early design stages, developing project documentation, managing consultants, conducting analysis and research, contributing to the development of initial go-live strategies, and preparing and delivering presentations
