Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Game Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in gaming, esports, or event management with strategic focus
• Strong understanding of the gaming and esports landscape, including market dynamics and audience engagement strategies
