Legal Specialist Al-Khobar Tamheer Training tasks: legal research and review of legislation and documents. Preparing and drafting contracts, memorandums and legal documents. Review commercial contracts and identify legal risks. Assist in evaluating legal issues and options and monitoring compliance with legal terms.: About this profession: Assist clients and enterprises in various legal matters, draft the legal documents, mediate in disputes, and monitor the implementation of legal provisions. • Qualify the demands, evaluate the legal options, and examine the data related to the cases, past cases, and legislations. • Assist the client or enterprises in drafting the legal opinions, written submissions and other legal memos. • Prepare legal documents such as testaments, wills and contracts. • Conduct the legal researches, review the legal documents, and address the important matters. • Review the commercial enterprises’ contracts, identify the risks, and monitor the implementation of the legal clauses
