Vendor Performance Senior Specialist

Job description

The role focuses on improving vendor performance and fulfillment operations at Hungerstation. It monitors daily, weekly, and monthly performance across replacement rate, Item Not Found, Item Not Delivered, order failure rate, and seamless orders. It reduces Item Not Found and Item Not Delivered by improving vendor stock feed accuracy and addressing gaps between ordered and delivered items. It optimizes replacements to protect GMV and increase acceptance. It analyzes order failure reasons and drives corrective actions within vendor operations and with relevant teams. It increases seamless orders by investigating late, incomplete, damaged, or unsatisfactory orders and coordinating refunds and compensation. It acts as the operational point of contact for vendor fulfillment incidents, raising tickets, coordinating workarounds, and driving technical fixes. It follows all policies and contributes to continuous process improvement, cost effectiveness, and productivity. It ensures daily operational continuity and prepares timely, accurate reports to satisfy internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an operational role
• Strong vendor operational knowledge
• Ability to document processes and guidelines
• Ability to work with large data and highlight key insights
• Ability to solve major issues efficiently, understand which issues require escalation, and propose documents/changes to mitigate
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
