Customer Service & Telesales Specialist

Job description

Responsible for receiving customer inquiries and responding via phone and approved channels. Conduct sales calls and introduce potential customers to real‑estate projects. Follow up interested customers and convert opportunities into sales. Provide information on projects and units and answer queries. Periodically update customer data in the system. Address customer feedback and work to improve satisfaction. Contribute to achieving sales and call targets

Requirements

• Preferred prior experience in customer service or telephone sales
• preferred experience in the real‑estate sector
• strong communication, persuasion and courtesy skills
• ability to build positive relationships and effectively follow up customers
• proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office applications
• commitment, organization and ability to work in a team
