Fashion Consultant

Job description

We are looking for a Fashion Consultant for the employer at Nakheel Plaza. The Group aims to deliver luxury experiences in the Middle East and strives to excel as a hybrid luxury retailer. As a Fashion Consultant, your role will be to achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience, and supporting the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key customer and people initiatives in-store. You will collect data on customer behavior, top sellers, and slow movers, which will be key input for business reviews. You will drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach, provide pre-buying feedback on products, and drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture. You will ensure adherence to VM guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensure click and collect are conducted within SLAs, and ensure customer data is properly captured in adherence to marketing team requirements

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in Luxury Fashion Brand
• Intermediate/Fluent English Language
