A leading marketing and media production company in Taif is offering a Human Resources Specialist role. Responsibilities include managing recruitment and talent acquisition processes; preparing contracts and job offers and ensuring their signing; monitoring probation periods and periodic evaluations; preparing HR reports; implementing HR policies and procedures; handling government labor platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, Insurances)

Requirements

• Management of recruitment and talent acquisition (posting jobs, screening, interviews)
• preparation of contracts and job offers and follow‑up of signing
• monitoring probation periods and periodic evaluations
• preparation of HR reports
• implementation of HR policies and procedures
• handling government labor platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, Insurances)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• at least one year of relevant experience
