Senior Consultant - Lean Management

Job description

The role revolves around providing management consulting and managing business transformation projects using Lean principles. Adding value to clients by solving complex issues and delivering sustainable results. Designing and implementing Lean solutions to transform organizations. Leading projects, managing multiple teams, and developing junior staff through knowledge sharing and practical guidance. Monitoring team performance and taking necessary actions to ensure workflow. Managing client expectations at all levels from top management to field workers. Ability to quickly transition between complex situations in multi-faceted projects. Coordinating with project sponsors and functional teams around results, decisions, and goals. Contributing to acquiring new clients and supporting senior managers in business development. Participating in developing Lean Management concepts and tools

Requirements

• Experience in management consulting
• Participation in Lean Management implementation or experience in a related industry is an additional advantage
• Experience in operational change implementation
• Proficient in English and Arabic languages
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent time management, analysis, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work within a team
• High commitment and ability to work under pressure and long hours
• Professional behavior when dealing with clients
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related postgraduate degree is an additional advantage
