Join the leadership team to manage human resources in the transportation sector in Al-Qassim - Al-Rass. Responsibilities include developing processes, enhancing governance and compliance, driving digital transformation and automation, managing government affairs and official entity relationships, overseeing Qiwa, Ajir, Mudad, and Social Insurance platforms, and supervising drivers, operational workforce, recruitment, localization, and contracting requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in human resources management
• deep knowledge of regulations, procedures, and compliance requirements related to the transportation sector in Saudi Arabia
• advanced experience with Saudi Labor Law
• familiarity with policies, procedures, and labor compliance
• strong experience in government affairs and relations with official entities and platforms
• advanced familiarity with Qiwa, Ajir, Mudad, and Social Insurance platforms
• experience in managing drivers, operational workforce, recruitment, localization, and contracting
• proven ability to develop processes, enhance governance and compliance
• ability to lead digital transformation and automation in HR
• negotiation of employment agreements
• support gender equality in work areas
• external deputation
