BAAN Holding, a leading tourism and hospitality company in Medina, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced HR Manager. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with corporate goals; oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding; conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional growth; manage employee relations, handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions; ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies; foster a positive, inclusive work environment; plan and coordinate training and development programs; administer benefits, compensation, and payroll; maintain accurate and confidential HR records and reports; stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in tourism and hospitality
• proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities
• ability to work in a fast‑paced dynamic environment.
