The role includes leading the company's daily operations and management, implementing the approved business plan and budget, raising the efficiency of operational performance, developing work methods and procedures, in addition to monitoring performance through clear measurement indicators and ensuring the achievement of operational and financial targets. We are looking for a leader who has: Experience in managing performance, measuring indicators and raising operational efficiency. • High ability to lead teams, develop work methods and procedures, and improve the quality of implementation. • Strong understanding of financial performance and budgets, and ability to balance growth, efficiency and quality of operations. • Distinctive abilities in leadership, decision-making, managing priorities, and working with executive management and the Board of Directors. Requirements

• Strong network of relationships with institutional investors, family offices, international fund managers and private equity firms
• Good knowledge of the regulations of the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Stock Exchange
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline, graduate degrees and professional certifications such as CFA or CAIA are a plus
