About the employer and the Role; the employer is seeking a Chief Specialist, Asset Reliability to join its team in Riyadh; This full‑time role enhances the company’s ability to maximize asset performance, availability and lifecycle value across operations; It provides enterprise leadership for asset reliability by integrating operational priorities, maintenance strategies, asset health insights and technology capabilities into a cohesive approach across business units and sites; The role creates value by moving reliability decisions from reactive interventions to proactive, predictive and risk‑based methodologies; It translates complex reliability and maintenance challenges into scalable business and technology solutions to improve equipment performance, reduce avoidable disruptions and optimize total cost of ownership; It ensures reliability outcomes, decision logic and technology priorities are aligned across all assets, focusing on high‑value reliability opportunities that can be scaled throughout the employer

Requirements

• 0-1 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in asset reliability decision‑making
• Knowledge of maintenance strategies
• Familiarity with predictive and risk‑based methodologies
• Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for reliability
