The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for establishing suitable policies and plans to identify and select recruitment methods and channels, focusing on hiring residents within the Kingdom with transferable residency in Makkah. Responsibilities include developing recruitment procedures and programs. Analyzing candidate-related information and data, ensuring data accuracy, and completing documentation. Preparing, presenting, and maintaining specialized recruitment reports and documents

• Possessing a transferable residency (Iqama) within Saudi Arabia
