HR Manager

BAAN Holding is seeking an HR Manager to join its dynamic team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. Develops HR strategies aligned with company goals. Oversees recruitment and selection, conducts interviews and onboarding. Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback for employee development. Manages employee relations, handling grievances, conflicts and disciplinary actions. Ensures compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Fosters a positive, inclusive work environment promoting teamwork. Plans and coordinates training and development programs. Administers employee benefits, compensation and payroll. Maintains accurate, confidential HR records and reports. Stays updated on industry trends and best practices to improve HR processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in tourism and hospitality
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, laws and best practices
• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
