The designer will translate customer needs and business goals into clear interfaces, prototypes, and scalable design systems, helping teams ship better products through iterative collaboration. Responsibilities include user-centered UI/UX design, creating user flows and high-fidelity UI designs, prototyping with Figma, InVision, and ProtoPie, aligning stakeholders via clickable prototypes, conducting user research (interviews, surveys), usability testing and iterative improvement, information architecture and wireframing, developing design systems (tokens/components), ensuring accessibility (WCAG), cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering, analytical problem solving, and clear stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Figma proficiency
• prototyping experience with InVision or ProtoPie
• user research skills (interviews, surveys)
• wireframing and information architecture experience
• design systems experience (tokens/components)
• accessibility knowledge (WCAG)
• user empathy and customer-focused mindset
• strong analytical problem-solving
• excellent communication with stakeholders
