The Learning team delivers high‑quality training for safety, operations and role onboarding to ensure employee success. The Learning Business Partner is a leadership team member in the Execution Center, managing learning needs for all staff. Understands business needs, analyzes issues and influences solutions. Works as a team member leveraging his team for various training scenarios and closely collaborates with the central MEATR team (Middle East, Africa & Turkey) to prioritize and roll out training programs based on client needs.
