The Program Manager for the employer Now leads complex, high-visibility expansion programs that directly impact customer experience, business growth, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery of expansion projects from site selection and design through construction, launch readiness, and operational handover. Works with operations, engineering, finance, procurement, real estate, technology, and external partners to deliver new facilities safely, on time, and within budget.
