Associate Logistics Analyst

Job description

Your role at the employer involves supporting the execution and continuous improvement of logistics and warehouse operations across Saudi Arabia. You will collaborate with internal teams and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure efficient product delivery while maintaining the highest quality, compliance, and customer service standards. Responsibilities include managing daily inbound and outbound logistics to ensure on‑time order fulfillment; coordinating transportation and warehouse activities with 3PL providers; monitoring inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations; investigating inventory discrepancies and shipment issues; tracking logistics KPIs and preparing operational reports to identify improvement opportunities; ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements for medical devices; supporting stock transfers, product launches, and supply‑chain improvement initiatives; collaborating with Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Commercial teams to achieve operational excellence; participating in process‑improvement projects to optimize performance, cost, and service levels; maintaining accurate documentation and supporting internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation processes
• knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and regulated environments
• experience managing or coordinating with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers
• proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
• strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
