Junior Inventory Control Clerk

Job description

the employer is looking for a Junior Inventory Control Clerk to join the team in Khurais. The role provides entry-level support in warehouse and inventory activities, ensuring smooth material flow under supervision. Responsibilities include assisting in material receiving, storage, and issuing. Following HSSEQ standards in all warehouse activities. Supporting inventory checks and stock-taking. Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization. Performing other duties as required. Maintaining and updating inventory records for test equipment, power tools, hand tools, and related materials. Monitoring equipment calibration expiry dates and following up on renewals to ensure valid calibration certificates are available. Maintaining and properly organizing test equipment calibration certificates, third-party inspection certificates, and air compressor air-quality testing certificates. Coordinating the receiving, loading, unloading, inspection, storage, issuance, transfer, and return of equipment and materials. Verifying equipment identification, quantities, condition, and supporting documentation during receipt and dispatch. Monitoring equipment availability and minimum stock levels of power tools and hand tools, reporting shortages and replenishment requirements. Tracking equipment issued to end users and maintaining accurate records of equipment movements and returns. Coordinating with end users, warehouse personnel, and relevant service providers regarding equipment availability, calibration, inspection, and repair. Following up on equipment calibration and repair activities and updating the inventory register accordingly. Preparing and maintaining material receipts, equipment issue records, transfer documents, inspection reports, and other inventory-related documentation. Supporting annual internal audits and third-party audits by ensuring equipment records and certificates are accurate, complete, and readily available. Ensuring proper storage, identification, and traceability of equipment and materials. Complying with applicable project procedures, HSE requirements, and Saudi Aramco site requirements.
