Job description

The Offshore Operation Manager is responsible for the effective management of the company's marine operations. The role includes planning and coordinating marine operations, developing and implementing operational plans, analyzing and improving performance. It also includes supervising daily operations, enhancing safety and quality, and developing relationships with clients and suppliers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marine, Nautical Science, or Offshore Operations qualification
• 8+ years of offshore operations experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory/managerial or acting supervisory/managerial role
• Proven experience working on Saudi Aramco offshore projects or equivalent major oil & gas operations
