Typical duties of this profession: • Carrying out recruitment from job posting to candidate selection. • Maintaining employee files and updating personal and job data. • Monitoring performance appraisals and creating development plans. • Handling employee inquiries about pay, leave and policies. • Supporting Saudization initiatives and national talent development
