HR Specialist

Job description

The HR Specialist supports and enhances the HR performance at a major contracting company in Riyadh. They process requests through HR platforms; monitor attendance and prepare periodic reports; draft employment contracts and develop and update internal regulations; ensure compliance with administrative investigation procedures, disciplinary violations, and sanctions according to the Labor Law

Requirements

• Saudi nationality
• experience of at least 5 years in HR, preferably in contracting
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or equivalent
• proficiency in handling government platforms: social insurance, Qowa platform, mdd, ajir, mueqeem
• good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
• experience in managing employee files, contracts, leaves, terminations, recruitment
• proficiency in Microsoft Office
• strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
