Job description

The IT Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of digital and technology products, projects, and services from inception through production. Acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and product teams. Oversees coordination of efforts and ensures adherence to timelines and quality standards. Ensures effective communication and documentation of requirements throughout the project life cycle. Monitors performance and applies improvements to ensure goals are met.
