Determines the type of tubes and transport conditions suitable for analyzes, including transferred analyzes, prioritizes emergency samples (STAT) over routine requests, and performs blood draws for children while maintaining high care and showing empathy. Uses Lanstat and Tenderfoot devices for infants safely and chooses the needle site according to procedures, and processes non-blood samples by issuing sample containers and issuing examination requests. Committed to fire safety policies, infection control, hazardous communications, and basic life support, uses all required personal protective equipment, and maintains commitment to professional appearance, uniform, and punctuality.
