Job description

The purpose of the Medical Enabler role is to serve as a specialized therapeutic expert who optimizes regional resources to drive strategic medical outcomes and strengthen capabilities across the Middle East region, while ensuring sustained local engagement and focus within the assigned disease area. This role operates within affiliates, working closely with Medical Enablers, Disease Commercialization Leader, Marketing and Omnichannel Enabler and affiliate point of contact to achieve disease area ambition. Responsibilities include strategic medical leadership, capability building, medical intelligence, and launch excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field
• minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
• prior experience in the designated Disease area
• experience in working within cross-functional, matrixed environments
• experience in working beyond affiliate level while leading or being part of WPTs
• strong data comprehension, critical appraisal, synthesis, and delivery skills
