The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in date palm cultivation and farm management. Key Responsibilities - Supervise daily date palm farm operations and activities. - Monitor palm tree health, growth, and overall plantation condition. - Manage irrigation, fertilization, pruning, pollination, and harvesting activities. - Supervise pest and disease control programs. - Monitor soil conditions and coordinate irrigation and fertigation requirements. - Supervise farm workers and assign daily tasks. - Ensure proper pruning, cleaning, thinning, and maintenance of palm trees. - Monitor fruit development and quality throughout the season. - Maintain records of farm activities, production, fertilizers, irrigation, and treatments. - Ensure proper use and maintenance of agricultural tools and equipment. - Follow agricultural, safety, and quality standards. - Coordinate with farm management to achieve production and quality targets. Requirements - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field. - 3-7 years of experience in date palm farming or agricultural operations. - Strong hands-on knowledge of date palm cultivation and plantation management. - Experience in irrigation, fertilization, pruning, pollination, pest and disease control. - Experience supervising farm workers and daily agricultural activities. - Good knowledge of date palm varieties, seasonal activities, and harvesting. - Strong communication and
