OPERATOR

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Road Sweeper Driver to operate heavy-duty road sweepers and ensure the efficient and effective cleaning of roads and access routes. The ideal candidate will have a valid KSA Heavy License and the ability to communicate in English or Arabic. • Operate heavy-duty road sweepers and other cleaning equipment as required. • Perform daily inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles and report any issues. • Follow designated routes and cleaning schedules to ensure thorough coverage. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper waste disposal. • Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate cleaning operations. • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times. • Assist in training and mentoring new road sweeper operators as needed. • Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards. • Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation. • Promote a positive company image and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Valid KSA Heavy License is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Road Sweeper Driver or similar role.
• Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.
• Physical strength and the ability to perform manual labor.
• Good communication skills in English or Arabic.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings.
• Knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations is preferred.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
