Heavy Equipment Operator Assessor

Job description

We are currently recruiting a Heavy Equipment Operator Assessor on behalf of a leading Saudi government-backed Vocational & Technical Institute under a well-established contracting company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals with a background in heavy equipment operations, technical training, and competency assessment within the Oil & Gas, EPC, or vocational training sectors. Responsibilities • Conduct competency assessments for heavy equipment operators in accordance with industry standards. • Evaluate candidates' practical and theoretical knowledge. • Ensure assessments comply with vocational training and quality assurance requirements. • Prepare assessment reports and maintain accurate documentation. • Support the delivery of competency-based training and evaluation programs. • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and institute policies. • Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for trainee development. • Vocational & Technical Training Institutes, or • Oil & Gas / EPC industries. • Previous GCC experience is highly preferred. • HSE awareness and commitment to safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator Assessor, Technical Trainer, or in a similar role within:
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Relevant technical qualifications and educational certificates.
• Vocational Assessment & Quality Assurance certifications such as A1, V1, D32, or D33 are highly preferred.
