Job description

Executive Housekeeper/ Laundry Manager leads the housekeeping department with strategic effectiveness, supervises departmental operations and strategic planning and performance management, manages departmental budgets and reduces costs and improves resources, sets key performance indicators and monitors performance and implements improvement plans, leads workforce planning and team development and performance evaluation, sets operational policies and procedures and quality standards, prepares administrative reports and coordinates with top management to achieve business objectives, also manages laundry operations and monitors productivity and linen inventory and equipment performance, sets laundry performance indicators and implements improvement plans, leads recruitment and workforce planning and training and employee evaluation, ensures compliance with hygiene and safety standards and hotel quality requirements, coordinates with the general services department to ensure linen supply and effective service - submits applications through the announced application channel of the entity
